Mantle Expands Tokenized Equity Trading Access

Mantle, a blockchain platform focused on real-world assets, announced the integration of xStocks on its network. The project aims to connect traditional finance with on-chain liquidity. The launch was completed in partnership with Bybit, a global cryptocurrency exchange, as well as BackedFi, xStocks, and Flowdesk.

The integration allows users to trade tokenized equities directly on-chain through Fluxion, Mantle’s decentralized exchange. xStocks are blockchain-based tracker certificates that reflect the value of public equities and are backed by underlying securities. The instruments operate under Swiss distributed ledger regulations.

With this launch, Mantle became one of the first Ethereum Layer 2 networks to offer continuous access to tokenized stocks. Users can trade assets such as TSLAx, NVDAx, and AAPLx at any time. The system combines automated market maker mechanics with request-for-quote execution to improve pricing and reduce slippage.

The company plans further development of the ecosystem. Future updates include new trading mechanisms and a loyalty program aimed at increasing user participation.
