Jiuzi Partners with BitFi on Bitcoin Finance

Jiuzi Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: JZXN), a provider of intelligent EV charging solutions, has entered a strategic partnership with BitFi, a Bitcoin-focused fintech platform specializing in multi-chain staking and yield generation. The collaboration aims to advance Bitcoin-centered financial products and expand institutional access to on-chain yield opportunities.

BitFi currently manages around $2.75 billion in total value locked across major blockchains, including BSC (BTCB) and Ethereum (WBTC). Through the agreement, Jiuzi will begin with an initial crypto asset investment and progressively scale its participation while gaining access to BitFi’s asset pool.

Both companies will establish a joint committee to develop structured yield products, enhance cross-chain liquidity, and explore tokenization initiatives involving wrapped BTC and RWA.
