CV5 Capital and Enzyme Partner

CV5 Capital, an institutional platform for digital asset and tokenized fund launches, announced a partnership with Enzyme, a provider of on-chain financial infrastructure. CV5 Capital will use Enzyme Onyx as the core technology for issuing and managing its tokenized fund products for professional and institutional investors.

The collaboration brings together CV5 Capital’s regulated Cayman fund framework and Enzyme’s decentralized asset management tools, enabling the creation of tokenized hedge funds, digital asset portfolios, and products backed by assets such as cryptocurrencies, commodities, securities, and U.S. Treasuries.

Funds launched under the CV5 Digital SPC structure will use Enzyme Onyx for vehicle administration, performance reporting, and transparent on-chain asset tracking, while remaining compliant under the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority regime. Managers can tokenize share classes and automate NAV processes, providing investors real-time visibility into holdings.
