Experienced Analyst: “The Real Rally in Bitcoin Will Begin When This Happens”

Despite institutional adoption and regulatory advancements, the cryptocurrency market failed to achieve the anticipated boom in 2025. According to Austin Arnold of Altcoin Daily, the real turning point that will change the market’s fate will be the “Clarity Act” and the return of global liquidity in 2026.

Austin Arnold, a leading figure in the crypto world, analyzed in his latest broadcast why 2025 remained a stagnant year and what to expect from 2026. According to Arnold, while 2025 was excellent in terms of fundamental data (crypto-friendly SEC and CFTC, ETFs), price movements were disappointing.

Arnold likened the Clarity Act, which has been postponed to early 2026, to the 1996 Telecommunications Act, a landmark in internet history. The analyst stated that the passage of the law would end the debate over whether crypto assets are securities or commodities, allowing trillions of dollars of institutional capital to enter the market without fear of “regulatory compliance.”

It was stated that Bitcoin has now become not just a technology, but a global macro asset, and it was argued that prices are controlled by global liquidity rather than current events. According to Arnold, liquidity is currently “dried up” globally, and the real bull run will begin with the expected interest rate cuts and stimulus packages before the 2026 US midterm elections, when liquidity returns to the market.

Speaking about the “disappearance” of many altcoins in 2025, Arnold stated that institutional money (via ETFs) is flowing directly into Bitcoin and Ethereum, but this money is not seeping into smaller altcoins.
