Top 10 Gaming Tokens by Social Activity Revealed: APE and FLOKI Lead the Charge

Gaming tokens are again showing some strength. The Phoenix Group, together with LunarCrush, has published its newest report of the best gaming crypto projects based on social activity, and the data paint a very interesting image of the momentum in this segment.

The biggest number of interactions is recorded at APE, FLOKI, and VRA, and the increased role of community engagement in shaping the traction of the gaming tokens is evident.

The APE token, which is part of the larger metaverse vision of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, snuck into the first position with 7.2K active posts and a staggering 254.4K interactions. Though FLOKI was second in terms of overall interaction, it had 4.8K engaged posts but was much better in volume engagement with 503.7K interactions, implying that its fan base is very active and loyal.

Mid-Tier Gaming Tokens Like VRA, ZENT, and RENDER Make Noise

Not far behind in third, fourth, and fifth place are Verasity (VRA), Zentry (ZENT), and Render (RENDER), which exhibited strong measures of community engagement. VRA holds 3.9K active posts and 336.6K engagements and remains at the forefront of the esports and streaming integration sector.

Zentry obtained 3.7K engaged posts and more than 161.2K interactions, which proves its increased popularity as a social hub of gaming. In the meantime, Render annotated 3.6K engagement posts and 201.7K interactions due to its graphics rendering tool in both gaming and AI landscapes.

Legacy Platforms GALA, AXS, and SAND Hold Their Ground

Even though new entrants have emerged and become a strong force in the social sphere, legacy social platforms, such as Gala (GALA), Axie Infinity (AXS), and The Sandbox (SAND), still play an important role in the social space.

GALA created 3.5K engaged posts and received 136.4K interactions, which made it remain relevant even with the enhanced competition. Axie Infinity, which was one of the first play-to-earn successes, had 3.2K engaged posts and 133K interactions, proving that its community is still mobilizing despite the arrival of newer games.

Sandbox (SAND) has long been associated with virtual land and gaming experiences, as its engagement figures reflected 2.7K active posts and 106.2K interactions.

Emerging Projects MAGIC and BEAM Enter the Spotlight

At the bottom of the list, MAGIC and BEAM complete the top 10 as they enter the social limelight. The MAGIC, with its Treasure ecosystem and the decentralized model of games publishing, got 2.2K engaged posts and 117.5K interactions. BEAM, though having the same number of engaged posts, delivered 184.9K interactions: a sign of a rather small but highly engaged community.

These two projects have a high chance of moving up the ladder because they will keep on increasing their ecosystem and users who want to get a new gaming experience.
