As the cryptocurrency markets enter a new week, the roadmaps shared by analysts continue to shape the focus of crypto followers.

Crypto analyst The DeFi Investor shared a comprehensive watchlist, highlighting developments that could impact the market in the coming days.

According to the analyst, one of the most critical headlines of the week could be on the Bitcoin front. A White House advisor hinting at a possible “major announcement” regarding the US strategic Bitcoin reserve has increased market expectations.

On the altcoin side, project-based developments are taking center stage. While a token buyback announcement is expected for the MEGA token, part of the MegaETH ecosystem, the Extended platform is expected to roll out its multi-asset collateral feature next week.

Meanwhile, the Sui ecosystem is preparing for a series of important announcements at the Consensus Miami conference, taking place from May 5-7. Similarly, a busy week is expected for Solana. Another noteworthy development in the DeFi space could be on the Kamino front. The project is reportedly signaling that it’s preparing a major announcement regarding a new stablecoin yield product.

On the corporate side, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), led by Michael Saylor, will be closely watched for its earnings call on May 5th.

Finally, a controversial governance vote is also on the agenda for the WorldLibertyFi project. The voting process for a proposal that would keep ICO investors’ tokens locked for another two years will end on May 6th.
