XRP Seoul 2025 sent shockwaves through the crypto world as over 3,000 global attendees unveiled major staking, tokenization, and real-world asset breakthroughs for the XRPL.
XRP Seoul 2025 Marks Explosive Growth for XRPL Ecosystem
Excitement surged in Seoul as the global XRP community gathered in force for XRP Seoul 2025, an event that underscored both innovation and the resilience of the XRP Ledger (XRPL) ecosystem. The conference revealed on social media platform X that more than 3,000 attendees from over 40 countries joined to explore the next phase of XRPL’s evolution, reflecting how interest in the network continues to strengthen despite market volatility in the broader crypto sector.
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse emphasized the global dedication to the project:
One thing you know about the XRP community anywhere in the world – they show up in force!
“Huge congrats to the XRP Seoul team on their first event, and we at Ripple are absolutely looking forward to the next!” Organizers echoed that enthusiasm, stating on X: “ XRP Seoul 2025 was truly unforgettable. 3,000+ participants from 40+ countries came together with passion, energy, and community spirit to shape the future of XRP·XRPL Ecosystem.” These remarks highlighted the strength of community participation, which remains a defining characteristic of XRPL’s growth.
Central to the event was the unveiling of mXRP, a liquid-staked token created with Midas and Axelar. Designed as the first of its kind for XRPL, mXRP allows holders to generate yields between 6% and 8% while maintaining access to liquidity. The announcement represents a step forward for XRP, which historically has been criticized for limited staking opportunities compared with other blockchains.
In addition, Certik addressed security frameworks for stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets, while Vivopower revealed a pivot toward an XRP-based digital asset enterprise. Nature’s Miracle Holding Inc. discussed tokenizing carbon credits and real estate, and alongside Datavault AI and Harrison Global, introduced the “X Club,” a project aimed at boosting adoption and global engagement.
The XRPL has long been positioned as a blockchain optimized for payments, with Ripple facilitating institutional adoption through cross-border settlement tools. The Seoul event expanded that vision by showcasing use cases spanning sustainability, decentralized finance, and real-world asset tokenization. For supporters, the mix of institutional participation and grassroots enthusiasm at XRP Seoul 2025 signaled that the XRPL’s trajectory is far from slowing.
