Binance Founder CZ Makes Expected BNB Announcement: A Country’s Treasury is Adding It

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) shared details from his visit to Kyrgyzstan.

He announced that the national stablecoin in the country has been launched on BNB Chain and that the central bank digital currency (CBDC) project to be used in government payments is also ready to be implemented.

According to CZ, Kyrgyzstan has also established a National Cryptocurrency Reserve, which includes BNB. Binance has organized training programs for law enforcement and launched the Binance Academy program in partnership with 10 local universities. The Binance app has also been fully adapted for Kyrgyz.

Zhao attracted significant attention at the Binance meetup held in Bishkek, which attracted over 1,000 attendees.

On the other hand, Farhat Iminov, Secretary General of the Virtual Assets and Blockchain Technologies Development Secretariat under the Kyrgyz Presidency, announced that the country is preparing to launch a national blockchain platform pilot project that will last 9 months.

Changpeng Zhao was recently officially pardoned by US President Donald Trump.
