The foundation’s official announcement stated that sales would be conducted through centralized exchanges. The announcement, made through X, stated that these disclosures would be implemented in accordance with the foundation’s transparency policy.

The Ethereum Foundation said that the transactions will not be made all at once, but in small orders over several weeks.
