Entendre Joins MoonPay

MoonPay, a financial technology company that provides infrastructure for payments and digital assets, has acquired Entendre, a developer of AI-powered accounting agents for stablecoin and fintech businesses. Entendre specializes in software that helps companies manage accounting, reconciliations, treasury processes, and financial reporting across multiple entities and currencies. The acquisition adds a new layer to MoonPay’s ecosystem by bringing automated finance operations tools into its platform.

The platform integrates with existing financial tools, including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Ramp, Stripe, Slack, and Gmail. It also supports custom integrations, allowing businesses to connect accounting agents to internal systems and data sources.

Existing Entendre customers will continue using the platform without disruption. MoonPay plans to introduce deeper integrations over the coming months.

The deal follows several recent acquisitions by MoonPay. Earlier this year, the company acquired Sodot, a digital asset key management provider, helping launch its MoonPay Institutional division. More recently, MoonPay also acquired Decent and DFlow to strengthen its infrastructure for trade execution and tokenization services.
