The index calculated by CoinMarketCap rose to 55 today, registering a 14-point increase compared to the previous day. While the indicator remains in neutral territory, it suggests investors are exhibiting a more positive outlook on the market.

The index is used to measure the level of fear and optimism among investors in the cryptocurrency market. A reading closer to zero indicates extreme fear, while a reading closer to 100 indicates extreme optimism.
